Directions to Sun Cottage from Cape Town International Airport
- Take N2 to Cape Town
- Take exit M3 to Kirstenbosch (Rhodes Drive)v
- Take Princess Anne Avenue turnoff and curve left down hill towards Newlands/Rondebosch - but keep in right lane
- At bottom of the hill, turn right into Newlands Avenue
- Drive through one traffic light (Dean Street intersection), and take the first road to the left – Palmboom Road – (directly after the BP petrol station)
- At the bottom of Palmboom Road, cross over Main Street into Lemon Lane.
- At the end of the short cul-de-sac see Sun Cottage on your right.
- Congratulations! You’ve arrived! (about 20 km in total)
Directions to Sun Cottage from N1
- Take N1 to CT
- Take exit M5 to Muizenberg
- Take exit 9B to Cape Town (N2)
- Take M3 to Kirstenbosch
- Take Princess Anne Avenue turnoff
- At bottom of the hill, turn right into Newlands Avenue
- Drive through one traffic light, and take the first road to the left – Palmboom Road - directly after the BP petrol station
- At the bottom of Palmboom Road, cross over Main Street into Lemon Lane.
- At the end of the short cul-de-sac see Sun Cottage on your right.
Directions to Sun Cottage from direction Muizenberg
- Take M3 to Cape Town
- Through Bishopscourt into the dip and up the hill to a large intersection where Paradise Road becomes Union Avenue and crosses Newlands Avenue
- Turn right into Newlands Avenue
- Take the 8th road to the right – Palmboom Road. If you pass the BP petrol station, you have gone just too far.
- At the bottom of Palmboom Road, cross over Main Street into Lemon Lane.
- At the end of the short cul-de-sac see Sun Cottage on your right.
